What age do you take students?

ADA accepts students at age three. These students must have their third birthday prior to August 1st in order to register for Creative Movement class.

Can I watch my child during his/her class?

ADA does not allow parents to attend class each week with their child. However, we invite parents to attend class two times during the year to observe their child’s progress.

Where do you hold your recitals?

ADA has held their recitals during the month of May at Cherokee High School for the past thirty years. This venue is both very large and conveniently located. It is important to ADA to keep our recital accessible to all family and friends of our students.

Do you have a limit on family members or friends that can attend your annual recital?

Each ADA student is given two complimentary tickets for the recital, and there is not a limit placed on additional tickets for purchase.

How many recital costumes will I need to buy for my student?

One recital costume per class - For example, if your child takes a ballet/tap combination class, she will perform two dances in the recital, but you will only purchase one costume.
